Room Rentals and Bookings

The Prospect Road Community Centre seeks to serve the needs of the community. This includes providing space for the community to rent/book to support the great initiatives that are happening, and to celebrate occasions.

The Prospect Road Community Centre boasts bright and airy spaces, a warm and welcoming atmosphere and ample parking for large events, complete with overflow parking access and a safe route back to our entrance.

Current Season: We are currently accepting bookings from January to June. For one-time rentals, such as a meeting, birthday party, sporting practice, small celebration, etc, please contact our Front Desk to reserve a space at 902-852-2711.

** For recurring rentals, requests for next season/future bookings, multi-room large bookings, special event/wedding packages, within or outside of our current season please complete the form here: https://forms.gle/tB8nzduSpZNWgXot5 **

Rentals/booking requests for recurring or large events must be made at least seven days in advance. If you are inquiring about a possible rental/booking within the next seven days, please please contact our Senior Manager – Recreation Programs, Administration, Rentals/Bookings and Community DC Boudreau at admin@prospectcommunities.com

Requests will be responded to between Monday to Fridays, during working hours (9:00am – 5:00pm).

Rental requests that fall in the next season will not be confirmed until seasonal programs are planned as priority is given to PRCC programs. Exceptions may be made for large events & special event/wedding packages.

**All rentals are subject to requiring an additional general liability insurance policy. Details will be provided upon booking.
