Summer Camp 2026 Information
We’re excited to announce that Summer Camp Registration will take place in 2 stages this year
Stage 1 – Full Week Registration (School-Aged Campers & Preschool):
- Opens March 23 at 12:00 PM.
- Confirmation emails sent by April 24

Stage 2 – Part-Time (Single Day) Registration (School-Aged & Preschool):
- Opens April 27 at 12:00 PM
- Confirmation emails sent by May 22
Please Note: Registration opening on March 23 is for full week summer camp (school-aged) and full week preschool summer
camp only. Part-time and single day registration for both school-aged and preschool campers will open at a later date —
see Stage 2 above.
Registration will be shared through a Google Form right here and on our social media page (Facebook.com/prospectcommunities) — be sure to keep an eye out!
Camp Details:
- School-Aged Camp: For children who have completed Pre-Primary up to completed Grade 5
- Preschool Camp (Half Day): For children ages 2.5 (as of April 1, 2026) to age 4 (as of April 1, 2026)
- Children must be potty-trained
- 3 age groups for safe, fun, and age-appropriate programming
- Max 100 campers per day
- Full Day Camp: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Extended Hours: 7:00–8:30 AM & 4:30–6:00 PM (no additional fee)
- Preschool Half Day: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Please note: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM are our “Summer Camp Hours,” when the core programming and activities take place each day. There will be an indication on the registration form if you plan to use early drop-off and/or late pick-up for your child.
Fees:
- Full Week (5 days): $190 per child
- Single Day: $50/day
- Preschool Half Day: $70/week
- No multi-child

Payment Info:
- A Payment Information Form will be included in your confirmation email
- Payment method required
(pre-authorized or credit card) - Deposit (first week) due at registration
- If you require July 2 & 3 camp, this will be included in your first week “hold your spot” registration and must be paid at the time of registration
Important Forms: Your confirmation email will include:
- Participant Information Form (PIF)
- Payment Information Form
- Additional details regarding registration and payments
These must be completed and returned by June 19
Cancellation Policy:
- July refunds/changes: until June 13
- August refunds/changes: until July 17
- After deadlines:
$30 admin fee will be charged
