The Centre offers charming, well-maintained event spaces designed to make your wedding or special event truly unforgettable. Whether you’re planning an indoor or outdoor ceremony, an intimate gathering, or a reception for up to 160 guests, we provide a beautiful and flexible venue for every occasion.

What We Mean by “Special Events”

A special event includes any large-scale or extended booking that involves centre-wide coordination, such as:

  • Multiple room bookings over extended periods
  • Full-weekend events
  • Events requiring administrative invoicing rather than front-desk payment
  • Any event requiring liquor
  • Examples include weddings, milestone celebrations, and other professionally coordinated gatherings.

Weddings

All wedding bookings include:

  • Set-up access the day before your event
  • Clean-up the day following your event
  • Licensed bar service
  • Dedicated event staff
  • Use of tables and chairs
  • Access to a private entrance for you and your guests

Enhancements:

You may also enhance your event experience with optional add-ons, including:

  • Use of the licensed kitchen
  • Linens
  • Specialized kitchen equipment
  • Podium
  • Technology and audiovisual equipment

Wedding Package – $1550

Includes 9-hour rental, bar service, setup/cleanup time, and basic access on the day of wedding. Anyone under the age of 19 must leave at 10pm due to the Liquor License of Nova Scotia.

Friday night set up from 6:00pm to 10:00pm.

Sunday Morning clean up from 8:00am to 12:00pm

Special Events last call is at 12:00am with alcohol sales ending at 12:30am, and guests out of the Centre by 1:00am (unless otherwise agreed upon by Senior Manager)

Special Event Tiers

Special events are for alcohol service/bartender. The PRCC provides the bartender for the event – we ask that the alcohol sales cover the cost of the bartender’s hours over the course of the rental. Example: 6 hours of alcohol service sales must cover 6 hours of bartender wage = $96 in sales over 6 hours.

Special Events last call is at 12:00am with alcohol sales ending at 12:30am, and guests out of the Centre by 1:00am (unless otherwise agreed upon by Senior Manager)
