Time: 12:30-2pm
Price: $2.50 per visit OR 10 punch card for $20
Room: Gymnasium
Equipment Required: Comfortable clothing, water bottle, sneakers.

10 laps = 1KM
Doors will open at 12:30pm-sharp and the program ends promptly at 2pm.
Young children in strollers are welcome.
